I'm Pri.

I'm a human-centered designer, problem solver, and people connector.

I am Iowa State University's
First Innovation Distinguished Fellow.

The highest distinction for Student Innovation Fellows is The Gold Student Innovation Fellows Award, exceeding 1000 hours in direct programmatic and project engagement.

This was possible through great mentorship and cheering from Ana Luz, James Altamirano, David Slump, Dave Tucker, Karen Kerns, Judi Eyles, Dr. Evrim Baran, Dr. Seda McKilligan, and Dr. Luis Rico-Gutierrez.

More about me...

I am a user experience designer, a learning experience designer, and an educator. I have a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry and as an accidental entrepreneur. I am skilled in design thinking, user experience, researcher, graphic design, curriculum development, teaching pedagogies, educational technology, entrepreneurship, and public relations.

People from diverse backgrounds have informed my desire to create designs where people can share their experiences, find new strategies, empower each other, and expand dreamers' opportunities.

The Innovators Podcast | Guest Speaker

Hosted by ISU Research Park staff, the Podcast aims to share the stories of innovation and entrepreneurship.

The questions took me back to 2014 when I joined Iowa State University as a 17-year-old international student to now and beyond.

I shared my seven years of experiences in crossing the unknowns, occasional anxiety, cold networking, building brands, making friends, becoming today's Priyankaa Krishnan, and looking into what's next?
